Photons are caught behaving like superconducting electrons at Room temperature

Although the negatively charged particles typically repel one another, two electrons can bind together by exchanging phonons, or quantum packets of vibration, via the lattice of ions within these materials. This alliance coordinates the electrons’ movements and thereby eases their passage through the material, allowing them to flow without resistance. Superconductivity’s potential technological applications — which include energy-efficient power transmission, superstrong magnets and levitating trains — have attracted heaps of scientific interest in the phenomenon.
Now, Jorio and colleagues have shown photons behaving similarly to superconducting electrons.

When the researchers shined a laser on water, pairs of photons that emerged from the liquid at the same time tended to have complementary energies. While one photon had lost a little energy, another had gained the same amount of energy, indicating that they were exchanging quantum vibrations.... it was observed at room temperature, unlike electron pairing in superconductors.

Somebody asks the relation of voltage to frequency and almost everyone answers - there is no direct relation!

Except one person goes quantum on everyone.

Voltage and amperage must be related to frequency because both are measured using time.  Just think about it in terms of an AC wave.  Picture electrons moving back and forth completing an AC sin wave cycle. Now make them move back and forth 100 times faster.  The sin wave would look the same provided it has the same amplitude, but would the electrons not have far more energy having moved back and forth 100 times faster in the same time frame? If a higher frequency with the same peak amplitude contains more energy then coincidentally voltage is a measure of energy. It's units are the Joule/Coulomb of charge. Joules are energy!  also Current is a measure of Coulombs/second.  That is a measure of time!  Frequency is also a measure of time.  Therefore Frequency, voltage and current are all interrelated. You cant refer to one without the other because when you break it down to there basic units its just different ways of stating gauging time and energy.

 And so Joules per second is Plancks Constant as Joule-second.  with 1 watt as 1 Joule per second but what does this all mean? Joule: the work done by a force of one newton when its point of application moves one meter in the direction of action of the force,

 The kilogram, however, is the only unit still defined by a physical artefact. To get round this problem, metrologists want to redefine the kilogram in terms of Planck's constant.

To turn photons into mass means to use de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony!

Because electric power can be measured precisely in terms of h – by applying two quantum-mechanical effects known as the Josephson effect and the quantum Hall effect – the watt balance connects this universal constant to mass.

And so this brings us to Nobel physicist Josephson who has been kind enough to correspond with me.
What did the Josephson Junction discover?

a current that flows indefinitely long without any voltage applied

 And how is that possible? Again it is de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony!! As Manfred Euler has explained.

So suddenly we have a current with no voltage and yet it is converted into voltage! How?

The NIST standard for one volt is achieved by an array of 20,208 Josephson junctions in series.

Dang!!

 a Josephson junction can act as a perfect voltage-to-frequency converter.

Is that some kind of free energy device? haha. As someone comments:

 What this comment is not realizing is that there is a HIDDEN MOMENTUM to photons that is the cause of the Josephson Junction effect of current without voltage! The Hidden Momentum is the conversion of noncommutative phase into amplitude (wavelength) by a reversal of spacetime or noncommutative spacetime.

Chuck in "the curvature of light rays occurs only in spaces where the speed of light is spatially variable", and that's about it.

So that is a quote of Albert Einstein - cool.

But to truly understand it with Planck's constant we need to consider the de Broglie-Einstein equation.

This is because the energy [frequency] of the electron varies directly with the electron voltage and the momentum varies with the square root of the voltage and the wavelength varies inversely with the square root of the voltage.

Phase harmony in de Broglie theory relates a local periodic phenomenon (the 'particle clock') to a periodic propagating field in such a way that relativistic invariance is satisfied. If a similar phenomenon in the cell is relevant it should couple the global oscillation pattern locally with periodic (mechanic, electric, biochemical ???) processes.

matter waves are locally in phase with the superluminal particle clocks (de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony).

The clock runs forever so it's self-sustaining (consciousness-energy). It resonates with the quantum vacuum. The harmonic beats create dynamic energy.

So then you have a "phase particle" that can be faster than the speed of light - superluminal - and a "mass particle" that is slower than the speed of light as the "group wave" of the "phase wave." The beats of the phase wave then are "in resonance" with the quantum vacuum - and so create mass from the massless field, explaining the Higgs mechanism.

So you have all these people claiming that Voltage has nothing to do with Frequency!!??!! 

Let's Review this "hard-headed" aka "nuts and bolts" scientists (Electric Automation Forum) answers to the original question I posted - what is the relationship between voltage and frequency?:

 Generally speaking, they are two unrelated topics WRONG

 They are only related in alternating current applications where the frequency is related to how often the voltage changes polarity. WRONG

 Frequency and Voltage are different things. WRONG

 They are basically completely unrelated. WRONG

 If one imagines very hard there may be a very very distant relation between voltage and.frequency WRONG

there is no relationship between voltage and frequency.WRONG

 Frequency has no direct relationship with Voltage.WRONG

 Somebody finally comments in shock at all the wrong answers!

 I am really surprised at how the basic question got off to all different directions by so many answers, including "the two are not related at all" by many.  Wrong!!!!

Why are so many people confused and don't want to admit the direct proportional relation of frequency to voltage? Because people want to define energy in materialistic terms of mechanics!! The same person remembers voltage as this:

 E (Voltage) equals 2 times pie, times magnetic flux, times frequency, times number of turns in the electromagnetic coil.

So Voltage means using "angular frequency" - and this is also how Planck's Constant was converted from Joule-seconds originated from (seconds x frequency/seconds) - i.e. the mean average energy of light based on color! Frequency divided by cycles per seconds is secretly noncommutative!

The noncommutative time-frequency is revealed as noncommutative phase Harmony - the relation of planck's constant x frequency = mass x speed of light squared.

This means light is turned around as the inverse when electrons emit light (1/ speed of light squared) due to relativity of curved spacetime as noncommutative spacetime such that the hidden momentum of light is the superluminal phase wave from the future!!
