Hilarious - whenever Michael Schratt says the craft are military, the Project Camelot lady freaks out and gives evidence that the craft are alien. haha.
So Schratt says the military big black triangles were developed as a 2 tier space program - so that a "mother ship" goes up to Mach 2 and then the "parasitical" ship is a smaller triangle that launches from below - and goes up to Mach 20 - with one pilot.
He says after the Challenger Crash there was a secret meeting of military contractors to develop the black triangle craft.
He says the other purpose of these triangle craft is to monitor nuclear radiation levels for nuclear weapons worldwide.

Schratt reports how several eyewitness reports have seen pipes on the bottom of the craft - like the back of a refrigerator. So he thinks these could be cooling pipes to maintain a superconducting electrogravitic power system.
