Synchronistic or psi phenomena are interpreted as entanglement correlations in a generalized quantum theory. From the principle that entanglement correlations cannot be used for transmitting information, we can deduce the decline effect, frequently observed in psi experiments, and we propose strategies for suppressing it and improving the visibility of psi effects. Some illustrative examples are discussed.
Synchronistic Phenomena as Entanglement Correlations in Generalized Quantum Theory. Available from: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/233507815_Synchronistic_Phenomena_as_Entanglement_Correlations_in_Generalized_Quantum_Theory [accessed Aug 31, 2017].So what's interesting about this German physicist parapsychologist is that he says the fact that the "hits" beyond random results in parapsychology decay with repetition actually corroborates the quantum entanglement phenomenon.
Paranormal experiences, regardless of their acceptance of academic psychology and psychiatry, are still a taboo subject in society. The Parapsychological Counselling Office in Freiburg is a professional unit with governmental support, which helps individuals to cope with such experiences adequately. So if you read the comments to that video, nobody seems to be able to understand his argument. Too bad that article is behind pay-wall. Oh wait here it is.

But he actually cites the same researcher H Atmanspacher I emailed (and got no response from) - the physicist studying "complementarity" as noncommutative resonance.
So then Atmanspacher and his co-authors - they set up the non-commutative algebra that Basil Hiley also uses for quantum nondualism as entanglement.
So then he gives the example of "transference" in Freudian theory - I was not really aware of this claim - that if the therapist suddenly feels some strange dramatic emotion or experience while the patient is talking serenely about their experiences, in fact this experience by the therapist is a subconscious projection from the patient into the therapist!! And so this claim by Freudians (and Jungians) would then be explained by quantum entanglement as being noncommutativity - with the "unobservable" as the subconscious that is projected into a 2nd place at the same time.
In fact Nandor Fodor had a very similar explanation of parapsychological phenomenon, based on Freudian analysis. Fodor did not use quantum physics though to explain it.
And similarly Walter von Lucadou makes the claim that subtle environmental sensitivity illness is actually a type of paranormal perception. This is quite true for me - as I can feel electromagnetic pollution from cell phones and so am very much against using them. I can feel the electromagnetic pollution from the extension cords where electrical wiring is plugged in. Also any kind of toxic fumes - like perfume or what males will wear - that synthetic perfume that is quite literally unregulated carcinogens.
So it is very nice to see a parapsychologist physicist basing his analysis from non-commutative resonance as quantum entanglement!
