NASA holds the patent on "Asymmetrical Capacitor" method for producing force. I have a copy in my long term storage papers. So these dudes argue, just as I have detailed, citing Sir John Pendry, that in fact the microtubules using water piezoelectric resonance, create a metamaterial in the brain as evanescent wave or superluminal ghost waves as anti-entropy consciousness of the universe.
Whereas Hameroff emphasizes the serotonin-lecithin (olive oil fatty acid) hydrophobic quantum zero point energy as the black hole source - Takaaki Musha emphasizes the macroquantum water interaction in the microtubules. The two can work together!
Right so they cite J.D. Baena on metamaterials and sure enough he works with John Pendry. So essentially the time argument against microtubules is overcome by the metamaterials argument, already demonstrated.
So they point out when water reaches a certain electromagnetic density value in the microtubules then the electromagnetic energy becomes shorter than the wavelength of the microtubules - so you get that key "subwavelength" reverse time energy effect or what they call supercoherence.
So they state each tubulin is actually a "split ring resonator" with a wavelength than smaller than the electromagnetic permittivity. And so there is a "negative permability" at resonance - which has been shown to be ultrasound frequencies!
And Fran de Aquino (see below) makes the same argument: Superluminal photons - as imaginary mass or reverse time anti-entropy energy. The "wave number" becomes "imaginary" - reverse time wavelength! Or momentum that is superluminal, as per de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony.
