I'm not sure who you are as you did not include your name.The term 'Bigfoot' was not applied to the Sasquatch until the 1950s so your article from 1910 relates to something else. Also, I'm an historian not a psychologist so I can't address whether Bigfoot is a nature surrogate for European Americans, though that is probably not far off.Sincerely,
