Reality is inherently subjective due to quantum non-locality that science has proven is the foundation of reality. So the reason is because LED bulbs work via quantum coherent light - based on the photoelectric effect. So the qigong training is macroquantum resonance - it is very sensitive energy and can be very powerful and is actually "virtual information energy" or reverse time energy.
