Professor Connes notes that music theory is noncommutative and is modeled by quantum math as a "universal scaling system" but Connes then chooses Western music to be "played." The Western music - with Chopin being the favorite composer of Connes, and Connes promoting orchestration as the model of the future quantum reality (multiple voices in the brain at the same time), ignores the fact that the music model that is noncommutative is actually nonwestern tuning - with an infinite "spiral of fifths" as Sir James Jeans notes in his Science and Music book.
It is nonwestern music that sounds boring and repetitive to the Western music trained (logarithmic, equal-tempered, commutative) ears, that unlocks the secret power of quantum acoustics as non-local quantum biology. Nonwestern music as trance training actually achieves this unification that Connes admits is modeled by the noncommutative secret of music theory. It is nonwestern music that has this universal scaling system that is called spiritual healing - through the expansion of infrasound and ultrasound and the ionization and quantum relative entropy that is engaged as quantum consciousness. Quantum biologist Stuart Hameroff recognized this secret as did quantum biologist Dr. Mae-Wan Ho. So too did CIA mind control scientist Dr. Andrija Puharich and now Dr. Michael Persinger.
Thank you Connes for revealing this truth of the empirical reality of music theory being noncommutative. In fact C to F as subharmonic is 2 to 3 while C to G overtone harmonic is 3 to 2 yet this noncommutative truth was covered up ever since Plato and Archytas. Archytas did not allow the C to F subharmonic as 2 to 3 since only the numerator with a fraction greater than one enables his equation for logarithmic irrational magnitude (arithmetic mean x harmonic mean = geometric mean squared).
So then Western music theory just allows C to F as 4/3 (doubling the 2/3 undertone) as the Perfect Fourth, thereby covering up the noncommutative truth, and enabling the Greek Miracle of symmetric math, as incommensurability. Math Professor Luigi Borzacchini called this cover-up as the secret music origins of Western math: "really astonishing" and "shocking" (2007) and that this incommensurability continuum of the Greek Miracle is based on a "deep pre-established disharmony" that is the "evolutive" principle driving Western science.
I hear my echo in the echoing wood -- simultaneous reception of echoes results not only in the incorrect separation of clocks within a moving chain; also asynchronicity of those clocks. Clocks necessarily get entangled through time dilation; spin–echo phase-decay leads to a loss of coherence of a single clock.
